What are the rights of individuals when they provide us with their data?
At any time, the individual can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability regarding the personal data processed by SANTEX, as well as the rights to object to and restrict its processing.
These rights can be exercised free of charge by the individual, and if applicable, by their representative, through a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of their ID or an equivalent document that proves their identity, sent via email to santex@santex.es.
